Before Your Purchase

You must be or more than 18 years old to order knives from New Bee Knife. Some locations in Australia or other countries may have more restrictive laws and you are responsible for knowing and following your local laws. By placing an order with New Bee Knife you are agreeing that you have read our terms and that you accept legal responsibility for owning the item you have ordered in the jurisdiction to which we deliver it.

Items’ stocking status :

in stock : item is ready for shipping after the payment cleared.

out of stock : item is out of stock at New Bee Knife.

pre order when you see “pre order” next to the items’ name and it is in stock, this means pre order for the item is available with full payment. ( pre order’s schedule is depanding on manufactoring status, so there will not be an exact date. However we will try our best to satisfy your purchase )

You can always contact us if you find something you want  and it is “out of stock”. We will help you to find out if we can order in for you.


During Your Purchase

Orders usually shipes out within 4 working days after the payment clears. If you required an urgent shipping, please contact us before ordering.

Shipping Charges:
$12 flat rate Australian wide

$36 flat rate for international shipment

We recommend that you choose insurance for all your orders.

New Bee Knife will not be responsibile for lost items if the customer did’t chosen to insure the items purchased.

International Shipments
We ship around the world with Australia Post. Or if you have any other requests regarding on international shipping methods, please contact us before ordering.

We are not responsible for items being confiscated or taxed by customs of your country.


After Your Purchase

If you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us in its original, new and unused condition within 14 days (at your own shipping cost). Include the manufacturer’s packaging. We will refund you the full amount that you paid (not including shipping fee on your purchase ) through PayPal,if that’s how you paid, or back into your bank account.

If your product proves to be defective please return it for a refund or replacement. If you have used a product for a while and have warranty issues, you may need to contact the manufacturer directly. However you can contact us anytime if there is anything we can do for you.

If you received an incorrect item, please contact us and we will instruct you as to how to ship the item back.
